A family business, built on a handshake
Ben and Mel Beers grew up in small farm towns in southern Idaho, where helping your neighbors and trusting a handshake was just part of life. That is the culture they built Idaho Seamless Gutter on.
How it started
Family is everything to Ben and Mel, so when they started having children, Mel counted it a blessing to stay home and raise them. To make that work, Ben took on side jobs, gaining experience in roofing, flooring, and general remodeling over the years.
In 2017, Ben bought his first gutter machine, planning to run it on weekends to help make ends meet. He worked nights and weekends until 2019, when he quit his full time job and went all in on gutters.
For the first few years, Ben installed gutters on his own, often with Mel or the kids helping hold long pieces. It was a true family business. Mel picked up supplies and helped with the books. Their son Caleb installed gutters with Dad after school and on weekends. Their daughter Gracie sent thank you cards and helped Dad put together bids.
From a garage to the Treasure Valley
By 2020, word of mouth had spread that there was a family business that treated clients well, and Idaho Seamless Gutter became a name people trusted. Their first hire was Scott, Ben's best friend, who left a corporate job to work somewhere that let him put family first. Scott is now the Operations Manager at Idaho Seamless Gutter.
Idaho Seamless Gutter started out of a shop in Greenleaf, Idaho, serving the western side of the Treasure Valley. In 2021, the company became licensed and insured in Oregon to serve ranches and clients on the eastern side of the state. As the business grew, Idaho Seamless Gutter opened a second office in Meridian, allowing the team to efficiently serve the entire Treasure Valley and eastern Oregon from both locations.

We work hard to honor our clients and their homes, our fellow team members, our vendors, other drivers on the road, and even the other gutter companies in the valley. We would rather team up with a competitor on a hard job than badmouth them.

Whether it is listening to a client's needs, studying roof and gutter systems, or learning to be more efficient and safe, we never assume we have arrived. Our Meridian office exists because we kept learning how to better serve clients on the east side of the valley.

From your first contact form to the estimate, the install schedule, the invoice, and the warranty, we work to keep you informed at every step. We believe strong communication is what separates great companies from struggling ones.
Taking Ownership
Our crew treats every home like it is their own. We rarely get a call back, but when we do, we are quick to address it and we talk through it as a team so it does not happen again.
Meet the Team
The people behind the guarantee
Owners Ben and Mel Beers lead the team day to day. Ben runs sales and keeps the crews moving, while Mel serves as the ISG community care coordinator, the "company mom" who delivers coffee to the crews and builds relationships with other local businesses. Idaho Seamless Gutter regularly volunteers gutter installation labor for the Boise Rescue Mission and home improvement projects for local widows and cancer patients.
Scott, our Operations Manager, was Ben's first full time hire and helps run estimates, manage the shop, and lead installation crews. Jason, known on the crew as "Sarge," is a National Guard soldier and one of our most experienced installers. Damian, nicknamed "Milwaukee," is a certified installer known for detailed, careful work. Ben and Mel's adult children, Caleb and Gracie, grew up on job sites and now help run our media and referral programs.
