Open positions
Gutter Installer
Full-time · $20–$30/hr DOE
Install seamless gutters, guards, and downspouts on residential and commercial jobs across the Treasure Valley. Experience in construction, roofing, or gutters is a head start; the right person without it will be trained up.
Requirements
- ✓Valid driver's license and clean record
- ✓Comfortable at heights (ladders, one- and two-story rooflines)
- ✓Ability to lift and carry materials throughout the workday
- ✓Attention to detail on miters, end caps, and outlet placement
- ✓Shows up on time and communicates when something comes up
Nice to have
- +Prior gutter, roofing, or siding experience
- +Basic fabrication or sheet metal background
- +Experience with seamless gutter machines
Crew Member / Laborer
Full-time or Part-time · $18–$22/hr
Support install crews: material staging and transport, ladder handling, site cleanup, downspout work, and learning the install process from the ground up. This is how most of our experienced installers started.
Requirements
- ✓Valid driver's license
- ✓Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- ✓Comfortable working outdoors in Treasure Valley summers and falls
- ✓Reliable transportation to the Greenleaf shop each morning

- +Any construction or outdoor labor background
- +Interest in learning a skilled trade
Lead Installer / Crew Chief
Full-time · $28–$38/hr DOE
Run a two- or three-person crew from first job through final walkthrough. You manage the schedule, keep quality tight, communicate with the office about field issues, and mentor junior crew. We promote from within; this role is usually filled by someone who grew up through our crews.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of gutter installation experience
- ✓Demonstrated ability to run a crew independently
- ✓Clean driving record and ability to tow trailer
- ✓Comfortable making judgment calls on fascia conditions, hanger spacing, and slope
- ✓Reliable and detail-oriented
Nice to have
- +Experience managing schedules and client communication
- +Familiarity with seamless gutter machine operation
Common questions
Do I need gutter experience to apply?+
Not for crew member and laborer roles. We train the right people. For installer roles, construction or roofing experience helps even if it is not gutter-specific.
What does the workday look like?+
Crews meet at the Greenleaf shop each morning, load trucks, and head to jobs. Most residential installs are completed in half a day to a full day. You will be home by late afternoon on most days.
Is this year-round work?+
Yes. We work through Idaho winters on dry days, and fall and spring are our busiest seasons. We do not lay crews off for winter; we schedule around weather.
