Join the Idaho Seamless Gutter crew
We are a family-owned gutter company based out of Greenleaf and Meridian, Idaho. We have been in business since 2017, hold over 750 five-star reviews, and work all over the Treasure Valley. We are looking for people who take pride in the work, show up on time, and want to build something with us.
Why work here
Consistent work
We stay busy year-round. Rain season, leaf season, new construction builds, and commercial jobs fill the calendar. No long dry spells.
Real advancement
Crew member to installer to lead installer to crew chief. The path is clear and we have promoted everyone currently in a senior role from within.
Paid training
If you are new to gutters but have a good foundation in construction work, we train you on our processes, quality standards, and how to run a machine.
You know what you built
Gutters are one of the few trades where you can point at a finished roofline at the end of the day and say that was me.
Family-run, not corporate
Decisions get made in the field, not in a boardroom three states away. You will know the owners by name.
Five-star reputation to protect
We have 750+ five-star reviews. That happens because we hire people who care. You will be on crews that do things right.

Common questions
Do I need gutter experience to apply?+
No. We train the right people. We are first and foremost looking for individuals who line up with our core values.
What does the workday look like?+
Crews meet at the Greenleaf shop each morning, load trucks, and head to jobs. Most residential installs are completed in half a day to a full day. You will be home by late afternoon on most days.
Is this year-round work?+
Yes. We work through Idaho winters on dry days, and fall and spring are our busiest seasons. But we do schedule around the weather, so the severity of the weather dictates the amount of work we are able to do.
How do I apply?+
Email info@idahoseamlessgutter.com with your name, a brief description of your background, and your phone number. No formal resume required; a quick paragraph is fine. We respond to every applicant.
