The challenge: This older building had a gutter system with multiple leaking joints and sections pulling away from the fascia, but the client wanted to avoid the cost of a full replacement if possible.

Our approach: After inspecting the system, our crew determined the underlying gutter material was still sound. We resealed the failing joints, re-hung loose sections, and corrected the pitch.

The result: The building owner got several more years of service out of the existing system at a fraction of the cost of replacement, with our honest recommendation that a full replacement will eventually be the better long-term move.
