The Story Behind This Project
The challenge: This foothills home had no functioning gutter system at all, leaving runoff and spring snowmelt to drain straight down the foundation walls.
Our approach: We sized a 6 inch K-style system using the SMACNA calculator and local rain data to account for both storm intensity and seasonal snowmelt, then fabricated and installed the full system in a single day.
The result: Water is now directed cleanly away from the foundation through properly placed downspouts, protecting the home through both summer storms and winter melt.
